FRESCA Sparkling Honey Wine: Your Refreshing Session Mead

Overview

Introducing FRESCA, a revolutionary sparkling honey wine designed for the modern palate. If you’re seeking a lighter, sessionable alternative to traditional sparkling wines, look no further. FRESCA offers a unique, seltzer-like experience with a lower alcohol content, making it the perfect choice for any occasion – without weighing you down.

Crafted for Refreshment: Our commitment to freshness starts with super cold-fermentation and aging in stainless steel – never oak. This process preserves the honey’s delicate flavors and creates a clean, crisp profile that’s both invigorating and satisfying. Think of it as sunshine in a glass!

The Unique Two-Step Method: FRESCA is the one and only sparkling honey wine produced using our distinctive two-step fermentation process. First, the honey wine is fermented and aged in Sonoma County. Then, it undergoes a second fermentation under pressure, creating those beautiful, natural bubbles – all while keeping the alcohol light.
